We provide evaluation services by Licensed Addiction Counselors to adults and adolescents ages 14 and older.  Individuals are referred from many different sources including physicians, clergy, the legal system, family, friends and self-referrals.  A family member or friend (significant other) needs to be involved in the evaluation to provide information.  DUI Evaluations are also available.
